A limited number of rooms at the Holiday Inn Springfield have been set aside at a special group rate for the ACE Conference. Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations and can do so by contacting the hotel directly at (417) 865-8600. Please ask for the Association of Conservation Engineers. All reservations must be made on or before September 5, 2008. Room rates are $73.00 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy.

Registration. Full conference fees are $300.00 for early registration (before September 15th) and $350.00 for late registration. Full conference registration includes the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, Lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as the Monday and Wednesday evening social acivities and dinners. One-day and Student registration is also available. See the registration form for more information.
Guests can also register for the full guest program for only $150.00. Those not wanting to attend all guest events can select one or several of the many activities offered throughout the conference. Costs range from $25.00 to $50.00 for early registration to $35.00 to $60.00 for late registration. Once again, detailed information can be found on the registration form.
